To view available appointment slots, click on any individual service (DEXA Scan, RMR Measurement, or VO2 Max Test) to open up the calendar. Then, clicking any day will pull up the available times for that day. Click a specific time to continue to book.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Show Policy

Your appointment is refundable and changeable up to 24 hours prior to the start time. You may do so using the “Change/Cancel Appointment” buttons on your confirmation email. If you need another copy of your confirmation email, let us know at info@dxametrics.com.

Should you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment start time, you must contact us, and a rescheduling fee equivalent to 50% of the current, non-discounted price of the service type will apply. The appointment will no longer be refundable, even if the new, rescheduled appointment is more than 24 hours away. Contact us at info@dxametrics.com with the subject line "Reschedule Request". You do not need to have a specific date/time in mind for the rescheduled appointment to request this. Appointments missed without any communication (email or voicemail) whatsoever forfeit their entire value.

We understand there may be extenuating circumstances, and we may, at our sole discretion, waive this policy on a case-by-case basis.

If you are running late, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee that we will be able to see you during your original appointment time.
